Below are a selection of case studies from projects we’ve completed in the past. We’ve included the social transformation stages that apply to each project.
Studio Nine Richmond (Client: Lend Lease / Cornwell) – All 5 stages
Dialogue Consulting worked alongside branding agency Cornwell to plan and implement the social media campaign for their new exclusive development located in Richmond, Victoria.
Dialogue Consulting provided social media campaign creative, social media-specific content, moderation / management of the Facebook and Twitter accounts and associated advertising campaigns.
Fabulous Feeling Feet (Client: Footcare International) – All 5 stages
Dialogue Consulting was engaged to create a social media presence for manufacturer and importer of comfort products for women’s shoes Footcare International. The products are distributed nationally through Coles, Woolworths, BIG-W and other stores.
Throughout a 9 month period, Dialogue grew a Facebook presence from start to over 3,000 fans, and regularly engaged fans in competitions, campaigns and discussions about products.
Mental Health Commission Consultation (Client: Batyr) – Consult
Dialogue Consulting conducted a consultation with young people on behalf of Batyr as part of the of their submission to the National Mental Health Commission. The consultation was conducted through a range of channels, including an online survey distributed through social channels and email, Facebook and Twitter questions, and bringing the data together into one consistent format to allow for analysis.
Just4Docs (Client: Australian Doctor) – Analysis
Dialogue Consulting provided Australian Doctor with an analysis of their beta platform from a third-party user experience perspective.
The analysis provided best-practice on advice on the design of the service, including how to streamline the user experience (how users interacted with the website service) and advice on their existing user types and how best to manage already emerging community issues.
Mindframe (Client: Hunter New England Institute of Mental Health) – Analysis
Dialogue Consulting conducted research projects for Mindframe to identify key opportunities and risks for them and their consumers in social media spaces.
Global Poverty Project / Plan International (Client: Plan International) – Consult
Dialogue Consulting worked with the GPP and Plan International teams to identify a strategy for promoting their campaign 1.4 Billion Reasons. This included the identification of touch points and user pathways, unique selling points, value propositions along with the content required and how they will be able to monitor and evaluate their progress.
Gambling Help Online (Client: Turning Point Alcohol & Drug Centre / Eastern Health) – Analyse, Consult, Develop
Dialogue Consulting developed an implementation strategy for Gambling Help Online, a new online gambling therapy service to be delivered via an online forum to complement their existing telephone and chat/email services.
