Dialogue Consulting developed a strategy for Footcare International to engage with potential consumers (Australian women aged 22-45) through a presence titled Fabulous Feeling Feet. Dialogue determined that consumers best engaged with discussions about fashion, shoes and accessories, and featured images sourced from popular networks including tumblr and Pinterest on the Facebook Page. We created a brand personality that was fun, engaging and related well to the target audience.
Dialogue Consulting planned and delivered several campaigns through the Facebook page, including coordinating product and gift voucher giveaways.
After 9 months, the Page had over 3,000 users, many of whom displayed significant engagement and discussion with posts, including uploading their own user-generated content.
