Based on a high-quality brand created by Cornwell, Dialogue Consulting was engaged to plan and implement the social media activity as part of the launch of Studio Nine Richmond, a new development in Richmond, Victoria.
One of the activities planned was the Richmond Weekender, that transformed the development site for several weekends into a pop-up cafe, market and cinema, leveraging on the hipster vibe and style of the locale.
Dialogue Consulting provided photos and coverage of the event to be posted onto social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter), along with a featured series of snapshots of community members with a chalkboard where they had written what they loved most about the area. This was an innovative way to feature what made the suburb and location unique and desirable for potential owners.
After the completion of the Richmond Weekender, Dialogue Consulting continued to engage the Studio Nine Richmond community in discussion about the latest events and activities in the area.
Alongside this, Dialogue Consulting collaborated with a range of other agencies including media buying, PR, branding and traditional advertising to ensure that consumers had a consistent experience across social, digital and real life.
The campaign was very successful, with a large number of people talking about the development, and many sales leads received through social media.
